Terms of service

These terms cover your Oktrai account and the Oktrai SMM panel at https://oktrai.com. By creating an account, or by continuing with Google, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

You need an account to place orders. Give your real name and an email address you can access. A phone number is optional. You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys private, and for activity under your account.

You must be able to enter a contract. One person may hold one account. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that breaks these terms, is used to abuse the service, or cannot be verified.

Oktrai SMM sells prepaid social media growth services, such as followers, likes, views, and engagement. When you place an order you choose a service, a public link, and a quantity. Some services also take comments you supply.

You confirm that you have the right to request the service for that link. Delivery times, start counts, and results depend on the service you choose and on the platform the link belongs to. A service description on the order page is the description that applies to that order.

The price is taken from your wallet in Nigerian naira when the order is placed. That price is fixed for the order even if rates change later.

The wallet is prepaid. You add funds before you order. Deposits can be made by Paystack, bank transfer, or USDT, when that method is available. Bank transfers are credited after we match the payment. Crypto deposits are credited after the transfer arrives at an Oktrai deposit address for the amount you confirmed.

Wallet balances are for orders on Oktrai. They are not a bank account, and they are not transferable to another person. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown on the add-funds page.

If an order fails before it is delivered, the charge is returned to your wallet. If only part of an order is delivered, the undelivered part is returned to your wallet. A cancelled order is refunded the same way. Refunds go to the wallet, not back to the original payment method, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

A completed order is not refunded because you changed your mind or because a third-party platform later removes the result.

You will not use Oktrai to:

• break the law, or infringe someone else’s rights
• order a service for an account or link you are not allowed to use
• interfere with the site, the API, or another customer’s account
• resell access in a way that hides who is placing the order, except through the reseller API on your own account

A reseller API key acts as your account. You can create and revoke keys from the dashboard. We store only a hash of the secret. If a key is exposed, revoke it. Orders placed with a valid key are your orders.

We can update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do. Continuing to use the account after an update means you accept the updated terms.
